We use a third-party payment service to process payments made through our Sites. Right to Delete You have the right to request that JOE'S delete any of your Personal Informationthat we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions. Once we receive and confirmyour verifiable consumer request, we will delete (and direct our service providers to delete) yourPersonal Information from our records, unless an exception applies.
We are not required to delete information where we are permitted or required to retain it, such as fortax, or record keeping purposes, to process orders and transactions, and for solely internal usesconsistent with your relationship with us. Personal Information Sales and Sharing Opt-Out Rights We may disclose certain PersonalInformation to third parties, including third parties who may process your personal information fortargeted advertising. These activities may be considered a “sale” or “share” under the CCPA.
